Todd Clark is the Founding Producer and Executive Director of ONANON Productions, an independent video and media arts production company located in Washington, D.C..  For the past 15 years he has created award-winning, educational, inspirational, documentary, promotional, and public affairs video. His client list includes major non-profit and international agencies; top U.S. PAC’s; local and federal governments; health departments; national associations; and a wide range of dance and theater companies.

ONANON Productions was founded in order to turn good ideas into great productions.  Mr. Clark’s commitment is to produce high quality programming by building a strong relationship with his clients and together, creating video that is heartfelt and powerful.

He has also scripted and produced dynamic and sensitive programming for a wide variety of live theatrical and special-interest VIP gala events, tributes and awards programs involving national and internationally renowned artists, business’s, government leaders, elected representatives, non-profit organizations and progressive causes.

His list of tribute programs includes: The Friends of Adam Smith Awards (Ronald Reagan Building) for the Business Industry Political Action Committee (2004, 2005);
A Tribute to Jerry Jasinowski (J.W. Marriot) for The National Association of Manufacturer’s; A Tribute to the Dali Lama (Warner Theater) for theCampaign For Tibet; the Children's Defense Fund 20th Anniversary Celebration (Warner Theater);
A Tribute to Marian Anderson (Kennedy Center) United Nations Association. First Annual Black Tie Gala- Keely’s District Boxing and Youth Center (Lincoln Theater).

He has earned several prestigious recognitions and nominations, including a D.C. Council Recognition (1992); a ROSEBUD Finalist Nomination (1992); and the Chasen Gavor Award (1990).        In 1993, Mr. Clark was awarded an EMMY for the production of his AIDS documentary, “The Stories Behind the Red Ribbon”, (Edited by Matt Dibble).  In 2004, he was nominated for Excellence in Stage Design and Multi-Media by the Metro DC Dance Awards for his video installation work for choreographer, Boris Willis.

His original work has been funded by local and national arts agencies and foundations, including: the D.C. Commission on the Arts & Humanities (1991-1994); the D.C. Community Humanities Council (1995), The D.C. Community Prevention Partnership (1992); Freddie Mac Foundation (1991) Ben & Jerry’s Foundation (1991).

Mr. Clark has also served as a grant review panelist for several arts funding agencies including the D.C. Commission on the Arts and Humanities:  MEDIA Arts Advisory Panelist (1994 -2000, 2004); Fairfax County Creative Arts Program: Theater/ARTS Review Panelist (1996, 1997); Capital Region EMMY Awards: Broadcast Programming Video Review Panelist (1994, 1995); Gabriel Awards: VIDEO Review Panelist (2000).
